Privacy policy

This policy describes how LemonClients processes personal data within the client onboarding portal. It complements Lemon Learning's general privacy policy.

Data controller

Data processed

Identity and professional data: last name, first name, email address, job title, company.

Onboarding data: plans, tasks, progress, exchanges and documents linked to the project.

Connection data: technical logs, IP address, access timestamps (for security purposes).

Data synchronized from HubSpot: information about the project and its associated contacts.

Purposes

Providing and administering the onboarding portal, tracking plan progress, enabling communication between the Lemon Learning team and participants, and ensuring the security of the service.

Legal bases

Performance of the contract entered into with the client; Lemon Learning's legitimate interest (security, service improvement); compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

Recipients and processors

Data is accessible to authorized Lemon Learning teams and to technical processors, each bound by a data processing agreement (DPA):

Supabase: database and authentication (hosted in the European Union).

Vercel: application hosting.

HubSpot: CRM and synchronization of projects and contacts.

Resend: sending transactional emails.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some processors (Vercel, HubSpot) are established in the United States. Any data transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or Data Privacy Framework certification.

Retention period

Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the applicable legal periods. It is deleted or anonymized at the end of these periods, or upon request under the conditions set out below.

Cookies

LemonClients only sets cookies strictly necessary for its operation: authentication session, remembering the display role in the portal and the interface language. No audience-measurement, advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used, so no consent banner is required.

As these cookies are necessary, disabling them may prevent signing in. You can manage them from your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise it: contact@lemonlearning.fr.
